Working with Athens Land Trust to develop a Master Plan for a Community Farm and natural area for their new conservation easement.

I have an article published in Landscape Architecture Magazine (April 2013).

INDIAN CORN
New Art Project, as a follow-up to last year’s Winter/Summer in Athens postcards. Each “ear” is between 15 and 48 inches long, and I’m selling each one for $1 per inch of length, but they look best with several hung up. Half the proceeds will go to benefit Nuçi’s Space.

EAST ATHENS COMMUNITY PARK
Entry landscape is being installed. I’m really excited about these granite bollards. Affordable and locally sourced.

Concept for converting an abandoned K-Mart into 32 Live-work Units

ROCKSPRINGS CHARRETTE (thru CCDP)
Concept for realigning intersection of Hancock Ave and W. Broad to create safer pedestrian crossings. Reclaimed triangular right-of-way would be converted to rain gardens to treat storm water flowing into Brooklyn Creek, pedestrian space, and on-street parking for small businesses along the corridor.

ROCKSPRINGS CHARRETTE (thru CCDP)
Concept for adapting vacant suburban parcels with deep setbacks into pedestrian-oriented spaces. Infill buildings frame sheltered courtyards, and parking is shifted to the rear. Could be combined with a commercial version of the Community Land Trust model to create stable financial environments for small businesses in gentrifying and growing corridors.
